EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Remember that every item in our online store is made to order, which means that everything is exclusively made for you in our atelier.
However, according to the law you have the right to return any item bought online.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us filling the form in the "Contact" page or writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain your request clearly and don´t forget to add the order number to the message.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and the instructions you need to follow to proceed to de return. The costs of the return will be assumed by the customer, so this amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
**EEUU: refunds of returns coming from EEUU might delay some more time because of customs procedures.
If you want to change your item to get a different size or a different one, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items or gift cards.
